Winemaking: From Garnacha tinta and Viura blanca grapes all from vineyards grown in the Cordovín area (Rioja Alta) harvested by the manual harvesting system. Low pressure pressing to favor a smooth extraction of the must, without damaging the stalk and skins. Subjected to the flotation process, and subsequently fermented the clean impurities must in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17ºC to preserve all its initial fruity aromas.
Tasting note: Onion skin color, bright, very common in the clarets of the Cordovín area . On the nose, and later on the palate, aromas are detected with a fruity and fresh taste with a just point of acidity, typical of the area, which leaves a very pleasant aftertaste.
Serving temperature: Between 8º and 9ºC.
Pairing: Its freshness and liveliness make it ideal to accompany both appetizers and starters, as well as salads and main dishes
