Grape variety: 100% Albariño
Elaboration: All grapes are harvested by hand and go through a double manual selection of clusters. Subsequently, they are macerated for about 20 hours to obtain those characteristic tropical touches. The wine was fermented and aged on its own lees in carefully selected new French barrels for a period of 6 months, which favored the capture of subtle aromas. After bottling, the wine remains in the cellar for a better assembly and rest before being launched on the market.
Tasting notes: Intense, bright yellow. It is an extremely elegant and aromatic wine, with hints of white fruits (plums, pears), in perfect and subtle balance with balsamic touches. Fine and elegant, it has body and structure, with spicy touches, and an elegant and unctuous mouth. Smoked touches, passion fruit and an extraordinary salty touch so characteristic of Mar de Frades.
Food pairing: The ideal service temperature is between 10ºC and 12ºC. Perfectly suitable for pairing with white meat, fish, or even oriental food (sushi, sashimi, etc.).
Thermochromic label: The label incorporates a thermosensitive logo, which makes a small boat appear when the wine reaches its optimum consumption temperature, which will disappear if the wine is not cold enough for tasting.
