Morgadío – Albariño
Morgadío comes from the Portuguese word “morgado” which designated the set of lands and domains that were transmitted indivisible to the firstborn male, and that were linked to the perpetuation of the family tradition.
Elaboration by controlled fermentation at temperatures between 15ºC and 18ºC for approximately 15 days, in stainless steel tanks of 5,000 liters.Subsequently, it is kept in breeding on lees for at least 3 months.
