Description
Grape varieties: 97% Tempranillo y 3% Viura
“The first wines from history were made by storing whole, unpeeled grapes which resulted in intra-cellular fermentation. Today, Albiker, maintains this same essence, that of carbonic maceration”
The Land: 20- to 50-year-old goblet trained vines in Baños de Ebro and El ciego. The grapes are grown with the utmost respect for the environment, treating the soil as a living thing with continuous dedication to ensure the highest possible quality.
Tasting notes: A clear, bright wine with a deep cherry colour with violet shades that belie its young age. This is an expressive wine with elegant fruit aromas – strawberry, raspberry and banana – and a harmonious floral touch.
It is flavourful on the palate, well-balanced with a fine body and a long finish.
Recommended serving temperature: 12-14ºC
