Fermentation with natural yeasts, avoiding surpassing 18ºC, to obtain powerful and fresh aromatic profile.
Clean and bright carmin red colour with rasperry pink edges.
Fresh, fruity and intense aroma. From red fruits (raspberry and wild strawberries) to citrus and delicate floral notes. Perfect balance between acidity and sweetness, fruitiness and minerality. Fresh and fruity wine with pleasant harmony.
