VARIETIES AND GRADE:
Vineyards: Organic farming vineyards, low production. Northern boundary zone for the cultivation of red varieties, sheltered by the Urbasa and Andía mountain ranges. The vines, planted on fresh calcareous clay soils, have never been treated with synthetic chemicals. The harvest takes place in the middle of October. Manual collection and cluster selection table.
Direct deposit bleed. Fermentations at low temperature (16ºC) to preserve all the aromas and freshness of the grape. No parenting.
Clean and bright. Ruby red. Raspberry pink undertones. On the nose it is fresh and fruity, with great intensity. The first impression is of red fruits (raspberry and small wild strawberries) and delicate floral hints of carnations. After a few minutes of aeration, citrus fruits, ripe mandarin, melon and tropical fruits. On the palate it has a crisp, fruity, very fresh and clean attack. The step is between sweet and acid, very sweet with soft citrus notes, white fruits (melon) and sweets.
