Organic farming vineyards, low production. Northern boundary zone for the cultivation of red varieties, sheltered by the Urbasa and Andía mountain ranges.
The vines, planted on fresh calcareous clay soils, have never been treated with synthetic chemicals.
The harvest takes place in the middle of October. Manual collection and cluster selection table.
Fermentation at 23ºC, with 12 days of maceration and two daily pump-overs.
Aged for 10 months in barrels.
Cherry color with violet hues. Medium robe, clean and with the presence of tears. On the nose it has a medium intensity. Frank, clean and elegant. With aromas of red fruits, liquorice and notes of spices.
Pleasant, elegant and with a medium body. Medium acidity, smooth and well integrated tannins. With notes of red fruits and pepper that were already appreciated on the nose. Balanced, with harmony and pleasant aftertaste.
