Castillo de San Diego is somewhat of an icon for the winery, as well as being a national referent in the wine-growing sector. Floral, fruity, balanced, light… Castillo de San Diego is more than just a wine, it is a mind-set. The name “Vino Blanco del Castillo” dates back to 1883, however it wasn’t until 1975 that they started to bottle it by vintages, making it the first white wine to be produced in Andalusia. Nowadays it is the leading white wine in Spain.
