PREPARATION AND AGING
After a slow alcoholic fermentation, it performs the malolactic, and remains 12 months in tanks. Later this wine goes to mixed barrels: American oak staves and French oak bottoms, where it remains for a minimum of 12 months. It is followed by a time in the bottle before going on the market.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Intense cherry red. Clean and bright. Medium-high intensity. Aromas: Intense nose, rich in nuances highlighting red fruits such as cherries and raspberries in perfect harmony with mineral touches and aromatic herbs Mouth: balanced and sweet palate. The fruit and liquorice stand out on a background of chocolate and coffee. Persistent and well structured.
Serving temperature: 16-18º
PAIRING It is ideal to accompany roasts, grilled cutlets, Iberian sausage, or cured cheeses.
