Variety of Grape used:
Tempranillo: 85% | Graciano: 10% and Mazuelo: 5%.
From well selected grapes, in perfect state of maturation and manually harvested from our own vineyards around the Finca de San Rafael. Grapes that after de-stemming fermented in 12000-liter stainless steel tanks. At a temperature of 28-30ºC and after a maceration of 15 to 20 days, they underwent malolactic fermentation that refines the wine, leaving it in its proper acidity. It continues with a transfer to barrels (NOT new) of 40% American and 60% French oak where they will remain for two years, aging that is completed with at least two years in the bottle, aging in the drafts until it is released on the market.
Ruby red, clean, medium layer, nose of red fruits and vanilla, intense. In the mouth it is wide, tasty, with a warm sensation and a long aftertaste, very round and balanced.
