Hondarrabi zuri grape pomace brandy and hondarrabi beltza macerated with macro and micro seaweed, and littoral herbs.
Elaboration: artisan by means of copper alembic in own distillery.
Alcoholic degree: 45º
Tasting: after the first impact of alcohol, notes of sea and rock appear, hedgehog shell and herbaceous nuances. Saline in the mouth, complexity and sapidity with long persistence, balance between herbaceous and iodinated flavors.
Serving temperature: 8-10º C. Gastronomy: pairings with dark chocolate and green tea. In cocktails, combined with tonic, like sorbet combining with cucumber and apple.
