12 months in French oak barrels, then rests for 2 months in 22 Hl French Allier oak vats.
Tasting notes: Visual Intense cherry red, medium robe, clean and bright. Nose The nose is dominated by varietal aromas of red fruits, such as raspberry and cherry, light notes of liquorice and a very well assembled wood that provides balsamic nuances with subtle toasted notes. Palate Light entry, balanced, round and with good acidity. Nice and well structured tannin. The aromas of red fruits previously perceived return to the palate. A pleasant drink with a long aftertaste.
Pairing: A versatile wine that combines perfectly with salads, pasta with intense sauces, white and red meats, small game, stews, blue or even white fish in sauce. Suggestion: seafood casserole.
