Description
Variety: Tempranillo, Garnacha.
Elaboration: Rosé made in part through the bleeding of the flower must of the grapes in the winery and in part through film maceration and subsequent pressing. The must is clarified before fermentation. Complete manufacturing process at a very low temperature.
Tasting notes: The color is pale pink, almost strawberry. The nose is sweet. Of fresh strawberries and candy. In the mouth, while fresh, it is sweet. Easy to drink and enjoy.
Pairing: Very interesting to accompany appetizers, salads and oriental cuisine.
Serving temperature: 7-8ºC (45-47ºF).
