This is a young wine crafted with the tips of bunches we would normally select for our Reserva wines. This wine combines the most innovative grape sorting methods as well as the very traditional method of carbonic maceration typical of the Rioja Alavesa region. .
Type of Wine: Young Red — Carbonic Maceration
Varieties: 85% Tempranillo, 5% Garnacha, 10% Viura & Malvasía.
Tasting notes:
Colour: Purple clean young.
Nose: Red wild fruit, licorice & flowers from the spring.
Palate: Velvety nice tannins, very fresh & easy to drink with a hint of Carbonic.
