Grape varieties: Viura, Chardonnay and Moscatel.
Winemaking: Maceration for approximately two hours, gentle pressing in pneumatic presses and slow controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature (between 18 and 20 ºC).
Colour: Pale yellow in color with green reflections and a shiny appearance.
Nose: It presents an intense aromatic profile based on notes of white fruit, interspersed with floral and citrus notes.
Mouth: On the palate, pleasant entry, with a good balance between freshness and unctuousness and great persistence.
