9 months of aging in large capacity medium toasted French Allier oak fueres, the rest in the bottle.
Tasting Notes
Cherry red color.
Aromas of red and black forest fruit, fresh with notes of freshly cut grass.
In the mouth it is fresh, meaty and round. With well integrated ripe tannins and a balsamic background. Long aftertaste.
