AGING
20 months in new barrels. Oak type: 50% French, 50% American. It comes from a selection of old vineyards with a not very fertile soil that ensures a low production of bunches (between 4500 and 5500 kg per hectare).
TASTING
Very covered cherry red color. On the nose it is intense and very complex. Its ripe black fruit and dairy nuances stand out, reinforced by the toasting of the barrel. Grades spicy, liqueur and earthy nuances. In the mouth it is wide, with a lot of volume, a sustained step and without edges. Strong and tasty finish where notes of liquorice and dark chocolate reappear.
