Description

Variety: Tempranillo.

Bunches selected directly on the farm are used. These are destemmed without crushing and later racked. Once in the tank, the carbonic maceration process is followed, according to which the grapes located in the upper part squeeze those that are located below by the action of the force of gravity and the alcoholic fermentation takes place inside the grape.

This vinification results in very fruity wines with violet colors that highlight the young character of the wine.

Tasting notes:

View: Cherry red color with a violet rim. Crystal clear, bright and clean appearance.

Nose: Medium intensity nose, floral aromas (violets) and forest fruits (blackberry, raspberry).

Mouth: On the palate, smooth, unctuous, velvety. Very balanced in acidity, fresh. Very marked but polished tannin. Frank and persistent.
