Description

Varieties: 96% Tempranillo, 4% Red Garnacha

Vinification: Entry of the grape varieties separately. After being destemmed and slightly crushed, the red grape is vatted for a short maceration with the skins for about 8 hours depending on the harvest. The pink must obtained by gentle bleeding undergoes its alcoholic fermentation at low temperature (16-18 ° C) in a tank of stainless steel. Once this process is finished, the wine is racked and kept on its fine lees for a month. This is followed by a natural stabilization by cold treatment in order to avoid malolactic fermentation. The wines thus obtained are assembled once selected those that, due to their character, provide special liveliness and freshness.

Tasting Notes: Presents a beautiful pale coral color. Nose dotted with a delicate floral background (hints of violet and carnation), notes of red fruits on a soft aniseed memory. Sweet, lively and refreshing on the palate that highlights a fine structure and moderate acidity that lengthen its passage in the mouth. Rosé with great personality.

Serving temperature 6-8ºC.

Alcoholic graduation: 13.5% Vol.
