Tasting notes: Bright straw yellow wine. As corresponds to the Verdejo variety, on the nose it has a high aromatic intensity, with aromas of tropical fruits as well as fennel and fresh grass notes. On the palate it is refreshing as well as unctuous with a slightly bitter finish typical of the variety resulting in a long and pleasant drink. Overall, it appears as a fresh and balanced wine.
Food Pairing: This wine pairs well with fish, seafood, ham, pasta, chicken and cold cuts.
Best between: 8º and 10ºC
