Pairing: Finca Martelo is a perfect wine for gastronomy due to its structure and elegance. Long drink, it pairs with stewed and roasted meats, as well as game and cured sausages.
Tasting notes: Intense ruby color, clean bright with elegant pink rim. The first olfactory impression is intense, enveloping, with aromas of ripe fruits, wild strawberries, currants and red cherries surrounded by fine notes of pastry, Scottish biscuit, vanilla, liquorice and peppers. In the mouth it is balanced, highlighting its pleasant freshness, with sweet and silky tannins that leave a final envelope. A new harvest to enjoy now, but with a long and exciting life ahead.
