Varieties: 100% Garnacha.
VINEYARD: Priorato is geologically unique. The 30-year-old vineyard, with an altitude of 300 meters, is divided by the Siurana and Montsant rivers, where we can find icy winds from the Montsant and the warm Mistral winds blowing from the East. The average temperature is 15º C and the monthly rains around 400-600 mm.
PREPARATION: Cryomaceration at 9º C for 5 days. Fermentation takes place at around 20ºC for approximately 3 weeks. After malolactic fermentation, it is placed in 300 and 500 liter French and American oak barrels for 12 months.
TASTING: Nice cherry color with garnet tones. Aroma of ripe fruit with integrated wood with hints of chocolate and spices. On the palate it is fresh and with elegant touches of ripe fruit.
