100% Albariño. 13% Alcoholic Grade. Aromas of white fruit, flowers and with a salty touch. Full-bodied, mineral and fruity.
1 Bot. La Sonrisa de Tares Godello, D.O. Bierzo:
100% Godello. Aging on lees for 5 months. Nose scented with citrus, green apple, nectarine, white flowers and a delicate mineral background. Tasty on the palate, with refreshing acidity, creamy texture and a persistent finish. It is perfect to pair with salads, fish, seafood, pasta and rice.
1 Bot. Rovellats Chardonnay, D.O. Penedes:
100% Chardonnay. It stands out for its aromas of tropical fruits such as mango and passion fruit, and floral tones of great freshness. On the palate it is friendly, with a good body and a very balanced acidity. Classic of the Chardonnay variety, it presents a great aromatic power and wide mouth. Ideal to accompany fish and seafood dishes, low-fat meats such as chicken or rabbit, also for pasta with light sauces such as carbonara and cheeses such as l’edam or brie.

100% White Moscato. Alc. vol. eleven%. Sparkling wine characterized by a fine and persistent pearling, intense, fruity aroma of peach and melon, floral and aromatic, typical of the white Moscato grape. In the mouth it has a smooth, full and harmonious flavor. Pairing: White meats, fresh cheeses, mature cheeses, first courses, grilled vegetables

Clean, bright, attractive cherry color with ruby evolution. On the nose it is warm, with dry notes of barrel, vanilla and cinnamon. In the background, blackberries and strawberries. On the palate it is structured, with light tannin. Long finish, with a predominance of wood. It is easy to pair with any type of meat. Grilled mushrooms. Some highly flavored or fatty fish, such as tuna or cod. Emmental or Gruyère cheeses. Good with rice with mushrooms.

Varieties: 90% Tempranillo, 10% Garnacha. Fruity with fresh red fruits, mineral notes and subtle hints of sweet spices. Pleasant and glyceric mid palate, intense and very fast, with tension. It is long and fresh. Aftertaste that leaves a fruity memory with notes of minerality.
