Description
Varieties: 100% Tempranillo.
Elaboration: Classic elaboration with destemmed and crushed grapes with the new fermentation control technologies and long macerations.
Aging: Aging for 18 months in new American oak barrels with natural stabilization in them. Maturation in the bottle for about six months, before marketing.
Tasting notes: Intense cherry red color, bright and clean. Very fresh aroma of red fruits and liquorice, the spicy and roasted tones of the new barrel also stand out. Soft on the palate, vinous and pleasantly tannic character, with a harmonious finish and great persistence of taste. In short, a wine that, due to its structure, could perfectly have followed a long stay in the barrel, to become a reserve.
