Description
Varieties: Tempranillo, Graciano, Garnacha, Viura, Malvasía.
Winemaking: Traditional winemaking, with fermentation with native yeasts. Aged for 18 months in French (70%) and American (30%) oak barrels, but the wood feels very well integrated.
Tasting notes:
Aroma: Good expression of ripe red fruits and black fruit, with a background of jam and cherries in liquor.
Flavor: Ripe, expressive and fresh, with a silky and intense texture. Good balance between power and elegance.
Pairing: Meat stews, legumes and oxtail.
Alcohol: 14.50%
