Varietals: Garnacha (44%), Merlot (28%),Tempranillo (20%), Cabernet Sauvignon (5%), Syrah (3%).
Winemaking: After 6 to 12 hours of maceration, the must is separated from the skins by gravity and then, fermented in stainless steel tanks at temperature controlled.
Tasting notes: Strawberry colour with lively sparkles and bright.Intense, clean and fruity aroma; strawberry and raspberry with citrus hints. Fresh in the mouth with balanced acidity, long finish and strawberry aftertaste.
