Made from 40-year-old Macabeo vineyards, harvested by hand. A brief film maceration was done at low temperature
Aging minimum: 24 months
Organoleptic characteristics: Bright straw yellow color with light golden tones. Abundant and small bubble, with good vertical and regular detachment. Good crown shape. Intense and clean aroma of aging on lees and fruit bottom, with spicy notes. Very tasty with elegant palate thanks to a balanced balance. Good persistence and wide retronasal route with well-harmonized fruit and exotic tones, reminiscent of fresh apples.
