Aging minimum: 60 months
Organoleptic characteristics: Straw yellow with bright golden tones. Very small, abundant and persistent bubbles with regular release. Good pearled crown. Very clean and powerful but fine on the nose. Aromas of long aging on lees with a fruity background and floral notes, reminiscent of fresh apples and almond blossom. Very balanced on the palate, intense rounded flavour with moderate acidity and good persistence. Well structured, dry, flavoursome and smooth, with a long and elegant finish, perfectly combining fruit and aging aromas. Broad, powerful and complex finish
Food pairing: Its strong personality means it can accompany all kinds of food. It is a complex Gran Reserva that will complement a wide range of cuisines, and can be a refreshing counterpoint to complex meat and game dishes. Perfect with blue fish, pâtés and casseroled or grilled white meats
