Made exclusively from hand-picked grapes from our own vineyards
Coupage: 30% Chardonnay, 30% Macabeo and 40% Xarel·lo
Organoleptic characteristics: Pale golden colour with green hues. Subtle and elegant aromas that recall exotic fruits such as pineapple and lychee, evolving into aromas of white flowers. On the palate it is initially fresh but the character of the wine emerges immediately with a discreet vinosity leading to a long and stunner aftertaste
Food pairing: As an aperitif, to accompany seafood salads, broad beans, asparagus, sautéed mushrooms, white creams and, of course, white fish and crustaceans
Best served at: between 6º – 8º CLimited and numbered reservation in bottles of 75 cl.
