Description
Varieties: 85% Verdejo – 15% Sauvignon Blanc.
Winemaking: Cryomaceration at 10 ° C for 4 hours in the press. Fermentation at 16 ° C to preserve as many aromas as possible and maceration with its lees in tank once the fermentation is finished.
Tasting notes: Pale straw yellow with greenish hues. Very powerful on the nose, initially dominated by tropical fruit and white futa. Medium, fresh and long body. With an exquisite balance between acidity and alcohol.
