Elaboration: Combination of traditional method -with destemming- and carbonic maceration -fermentation with whole bunch. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels (50%) and American oak (50%).
Tasting note: Intense cherry color, well covered. Elegant aroma with lots of red fruit along with aromatic woods, spices, caramel, bonbon. In the mouth it is tasty, unctuous, fresh, elegant, with hints of wild fruit, violets and notes of liquorice. Creamy, broad and sweet tannin. Long and persistent.
