This wine comes from the “La Fonsagrada” plot in San Vicente de la Sonsierra. Viura/Macabeo and White Grenache at 506m.
Grapes: 90% Viura/Macabeo and 10% White Grenache
Winemaking: The grapes are cooled for 24 hours in a cold room. Manual selection table. The must ferments in 4×500-litre bocoyes, 1×300-litre oak cask.
Ageing: 10 months of ageing on lees with batonage.
Colour: Straw yellow with silver iridescence.
Nose: High intensity with aromas of flowers, fruit and tertiary aromas. Sweet spice in the background.
Palate: Fresh attack, volume throughout, unctuous, long and mineral.
Serving temperature: between 9ºC and 11ºC.
