Varieties: 94% Tempranillo – 6% Graciano Tasting
Notes: Clean garnet color, medium layer and incipient pink rim. Very intense on the nose with notes of currants, raspberries, wild blackberries and ripe red plum and a complex bouquet with balsamic notes from its aging: vanilla, cloves, coffee, caramel and brioche.
Very tasty in the mouth, it stands out for its classic texture. Fresh and vibrant, balanced, with sweet and sweet tannins. Its passage through the bottle provides great complexity and elegance, typical of this style of wines. To enjoy now, but with a long life ahead.
Pairing Especially recommended with all kinds of meats and stews, seasoned fish, desserts with chocolate coating or red fruits.
