Winemaker’s notes: The wine is a deep, bright yellow with glints of green. It has a highly floral aroma over a background of tropical fruit that makes it heady, powerful and expressive. It is pleasing on the palate, silky smooth, captivating and flavoursome, with a memorably satisfying finish.
Serving suggestions: This wine should be served at between 7 and 9º C with all kinds off aperitifs, foie gras, smoked meats, spicy foods, exotic dishes and full-fat cheeses. It is also makes an ideal welcome drink.
