TASTING FEATURES
Clean, bright, medium deep cherry colour. It displays intense aromas of mature black fruit and licorice, well integrated oak with sweet spicy notes. Pleasant palate with a fresh, tasty and gentle
mouth-feeling. Long and persistent aftertaste with black fruit nuances.
FOOD PAIRING
It is the perfect wine to accompany stews, roasts and grilled red meat, as well as mature cheeses and cold meats.
