Distilled from Galician potato from Xinzo de Limia in Orense. To do this, the potato is washed, peeled and cooked, adding enzymes responsible for breaking the starch chains as well as the yeasts necessary for fermentation to take place. Afterwards, three distillations are carried out in copper stills and although it is usual for vodka to make six, in the case of Nordés they believe that this way it is possible to maintain that point of flavor that is reminiscent of the raw material that gave rise to it.
Smell: powerful aromas, candied fruits.
