Vineyards: Organic farming vineyards, low production. Northern boundary zone for the cultivation of red varieties, sheltered by the Urbasa and Andía mountain ranges.
The vines, planted on fresh calcareous clay soils, have never been treated with synthetic chemicals. The harvest is carried out by manual collection in mid-October.
Winemaking: Pressing and fermentation at low temperature (16ºC) to preserve all the aromas and freshness of the grape.
Tasting notes:
Pale, clean and bright. White gold tones and lime green nuances. On the nose, tropical fruits, passion fruit, pineapple, mango with citrus notes of grapefruit and tangerine refreshed with soft notes of mint. On the palate, fresh acidity, new fruits such as peach and apple and on the horizon the salty memory of the Cantabrian Sea.
