Description
Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay
Vintage characteristics: Humid and mild winter, spring characterized by being warmer and drier than normal. This trend was reversed with the entry of summer due to the abundant rainfall. August and September were very optimal months for the ripening of the grapes.
Aging: 11 months in French Allier oak barrels.
Grade: 14% Vol.
Tasting: Color: Medium intensity. Greenish pale yellow. Sparkly. Aroma: Intense and complex. Smoked, bread crust, citrus, white flowers, acacia, verbena, nuts. Palate: Very elegant on the palate. Soft, fatty, very tasty and fresh. Perfect acidity.
