Single-plot Wine.
At the foot of Mount Toloño, on the other side of Sierra Cantabria, Salinillas de Buradón is born, a small village near the Ebro that testifies to the importance that these lands once had and the peculiarity of its vineyards. From its plots “Salinillas de Tobelos is born”.
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
Winemaking: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in French oak vats.
Ageing: 10 months of ageing in second year French oak casks.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: deep cherry red with purplish reflections.
Nose: intense, complex and elegant aroma. Ripe red fruit, black fruits, on a balsamic and spicy background.
Palate: powerful, ample and tasty, full of aromas, fresh, excellent tannins and elegant on the palate. Complex retronasal passage with long persistence.
Serving temperature: between 16ºC and 18ºC.
