Tempranillo: 85% | Graciano: 10%, Mazuelo: 5%.
Reserve of 24 months in barrel and 36 months in bottle before its release on the market. Selection of the best grapes harvested manually in our Rioja Alta estates. After fermentation, the wine is kept in the vats for a few more days, lengthening the maceration process until the desired color and structure are obtained. Subsequent fermentation, that is, the passage from malic to lactic acid is carried out in the barrel, producing a refining of the wine, leaving it in its proper acidity. This wine has been aged in French and American oak barrels before being clarified in a traditional way and bottled. Once in the bottle, it rests in our drafts under suitable humidity and temperature conditions, completing its aging until the optimum moment of consumption.
