Aging in barrels:
6 years, subjected to 2 rackings per year. Clarified with fresh egg whites.
Color: Bright ruby with light brick rims.
Nose: Very fine, fresh, toasted nose with light vanilla aromas. Very persistent.
Taste: Very dry, smooth, round and developed.
Pairing: All meats, beef or poultry.
Alcoholic degree: 13% Vol.
