BREEDING At least 5 months on its lees in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature.
TASTING COLOR: Bright, clean and crystalline, with a pale greenish yellow color and lemony sparkles.
High intensity with notes of pippin apple and clear mineral notes typical of the terroir. The notes of white flowers such as chamomile and citrus fruits such as grapefruit and lime stand out.
MOUTH: Round and glyceric wine, without losing the glyceric character of the txakolis.
