Description
Grape varieties: Tempranillo (80%), Garnacho (15%), Mazuelo and Graciano (the rest), from our own vineyards.
Aging: Barrel: 5 years, subjected to 2 racking per year, made by hand. Clarified with fresh egg whites.
Tasting notes:
This wine has evolved perfectly, presenting an intense ruby color with light tile rims. Its nose is persistent, showing a lot of fruit, mainly dominated by Tempranillo, and its development in the mouth is round, full-bodied, smooth and fine and persistent. Pairing: Perfect accompaniment to toasted and highly flavored meats. Hunting.
Alcoholic Grade: 13.5% Vol.
Service temperature: From 18º to 20º C, although it varies according to people and situations.
