Ageing: It has spent 30 months in new and semi-new American oak barrels.
Tasting notes: Cherry color and garnet rim, clean and bright. Ripe fruits, sweet spices, chocolates and aromatic coffees appear on the nose. In the mouth it is tasty, spicy and broad.
Pairing: Suitable to accompany white or red meats, fish in sauces, gratin vegetables, creams or roasts. It must be uncorked 30 minutes before.
Serve at a temperature of 18º C
