Varieties: Tempranillo and Garnacha
Aging: Thirty months in new French oak barrels
Harvest: Manual harvest during the month of October 2008.
Vineyard: Selection of Tempranillo vineyards of very low production located in the Sonsierra and old Garnacha vineyards located in height in the Cárdenas area.
Elaboration: Completely handmade process. Fermentation in open French oak barrels with a capacity of 500 liters. Daily punching. Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels, where the aging will take place.
Grade: 14.5% vol.

Visual: High robe and cherry red color
Nose: Intense and complex, stand out black fruits of ripe and full grapes. They combine with roasted barrels, spicy notes and cocoa.
Mouth: Full and forceful, but at the same time elegant and fleshy, with a ripe tannin that leaves a tasty memory.
